Ways to Thrive in Old Age: Stay Optimistic
Recently, a study shows that having an optimistic attitude about aging can contribute to a longer life. Researchers found that most optimistic women and men live longer than those who were the least optimistic.
To stay positive, cultivate and live in a positive environment. Don’t focus on self-defeating and negative thoughts. Focus on the good ones instead. More importantly, exercise regularly, eat well, get enough sleep, and be grateful.
